All designs are fulfilled at our studio based on specific orders. Order fulfilment takes place immediately after the payment has been recorded and takes us up to 5 working days. Your jewellery should reach you no later than 48 hours after the parcel has been dispatched. If you are in a hurry, please contact us<\/strong> – we will do our best to prepare your order as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Returns and Exchanges<\/h4>\n

Would you like to return\/exchange your jewellery? You’re welcome to do so. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receipt of the items. To proceed with a return\/exchange, the product
\nmust be new and must not bear any signs of use. The returned\/exchanged goods should be sent back in the original Hilly Sheep packaging and packed securely to
\nprevent damage in transport. You can download the return form HERE<\/a>. The jewellery together with the completed form should be sent to the following address:<\/p>\n
