Our jewelry is crafted with attention to every detail. Proper care will help it preserve its beauty unchanged for many years.

We recommend avoiding contact between jewelry and water, especially chlorinated and salt water, as well as perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals. Precious materials require gentle care. Jewelry is best put on as the final element of your styling, after completing skincare and applying fragrance. To preserve its beautiful shine, we recommend removing jewelry before sleeping, bathing, physical activity, and household chores. This helps prevent scratches, micro-damage, and the natural wear of protective coatings. Each piece is best stored separately in its dedicated box. For everyday care, a soft, dry cloth is sufficient.

GUARANTEE OF EXCELLENCE

Each piece is covered by a 12-month quality warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects resulting from the production process or materials.

The warranty does not cover natural signs of wear, mechanical damage, discoloration caused by contact with chemicals or improper care, or chain breakage occurring during wear. Each claim is reviewed individually. The response time is up to 10 business days from the moment the product is received.

If the claim is accepted, the product will be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced with a new one. If the reported defect does not qualify for warranty coverage, please contact [email protected]. We will do our best to offer a paid repair or individual restoration to restore the jewelry’s original beauty and functionality.
