2. TERMS OF PURCHASE
The Hilly Sheep online store is located at hillystore.com and is used for purchasing products via the Internet. Prices listed on the website hillystore.com include VAT.
The person placing an order must be at least 18 years old.
To complete a purchase, it is necessary to correctly fill out the order form, select a payment method, choose a shipping option, and submit the order. The payment must be made within 7 days.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

All prices listed in the Hilly Sheep Online Store are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) or Euro (EUR) and include VAT. All customs duties, import taxes, and other charges related to the delivery of the order outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer.A sales document is attached to each order. Upon request, a VAT invoice can also be issued.
3. SHIPPING
All products are carefully packaged in decorative jewelry boxes and shipped in secure cardboard boxes.
Products purchased through the online store are shipped via FEDEX / GLS / DHL courier companies. Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the courier company. Delivery times by courier companies vary depending on the delivery location, and range from 3 to 10 business days.
Order processing times are indicated for each product. Products are handmade after payment is received.
