2. TERMS OF PURCHASE
The Hilly online store is located at hillystore.com and is used for purchasing products via the Internet. Prices listed on the website hillystore.com include VAT.
The person placing an order must be at least 18 years old.
To complete a purchase, it is necessary to correctly fill out the order form, select a payment method, choose a shipping option, and submit the order. The payment must be made within 7 days.
The preferred method of payment is a bank transfer prepayment to the account: ING Bank Śląski S.A. 45105014451000009085549146, IBAN PL45105014451000009085549146, SWIFT INGBPLPW or via PAY PAL.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
The person placing the order declares that they have read the terms and conditions of the store and accept its provisions. In case of non-compliance with the provisions of the regulations by the Ordering Party, the Hilly online store is entitled to invalidate the placed order.
The Hilly online store reserves the right to reject orders in which the order forms have been partially or incorrectly filled out.
All prices listed in the Hilly Online Store are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) or Euro (EUR) and include VAT. All customs duties, import taxes, and other charges related to the delivery of the order outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer.A sales document is attached to each order. Upon request, a VAT invoice can also be issued.
3. SHIPPING
All products are carefully packaged in decorative jewelry boxes and shipped in secure cardboard boxes.
Products purchased through the online store are shipped via FEDEX / GLS / DHL courier companies. Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the courier company. Delivery times by courier companies vary depending on the delivery location, and range from 3 to 10 business days.
Order processing times are indicated for each product. Products are handmade after payment is received.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY

We process only the personal data that the Customer voluntarily provides when performing actions in the Store, i.e.: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, and delivery address of the Goods.
We process personal data solely for the purpose of:
performance of the contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), marketing of our own goods and services (on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), with the proviso that sending commercial information to the User’s e-mail address requires their separate consent.

In order to provide services to you, we share your data with entities providing IT services to us, including hosting/maintenance of the Service and data storage.
Your data is processed for as long as we are bound by the contract. After the contract has been performed, terminated, or withdrawn from, we store your data for the period during which you could pursue claims against us related to non-performance or improper performance of the contract and claims regarding non-conformity of the goods with the contract, as well as the period during which we could pursue such claims against you.

right to confirmation of processing – you have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, you are entitled to access the data and obtain information about the processing;

right to restriction of processing – you may request restriction of processing of your data if:

c) we no longer need the personal data for processing purposes, but you need it to establish, pursue, or defend claims,
d) you have objected to processing by us – pending verification whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds for your objection;
right to data portability – you may request that we provide the personal data you previously provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You may transmit that data to another controller and also request that, where technically feasible, we transmit the data directly to another controller;
the right to data portability applies only to data we process on the basis of a contract with you or on the basis of your consent;
right to object – we process collected personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our services; therefore, you have the right at any time to object (for reasons related to your particular situation) to the processing of data to the extent that such processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes; in such a case, we will immediately stop processing your data for this purpose;
right to lodge a complaint – you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding our actions or omissions with the supervisory authority.
We collect information about the IP addresses of devices that connect to the website at http://hillystore.com. The data collected in this way is used for analysis and verification of the Store’s operation. Based on this data, statistics such as visit statistics are compiled.
Information about IP addresses is also used for technical purposes.
